Do Not Bad Mouth Another Technician

When doing a follow-up visit, if you notice an error or lack of work done by a previous technician, do not "Spill the beans" and complain to the customer. You only make the entire company look bad including yourself. An old Chinese proverb - "People who throw mud loose ground".
